A few months ago, I wouldn’t remember your name even if we met several times.
I was so bad with names that I regularly forgot even my clients’ names. That was really embarrassing for me and I truly believe that it cost me thousands of dollars in lost business. However, I found a solution to my memory problem and my memory is now top-notch! If you’re struggling with a bad memory, like I did, you have arrived at the right place. I’ll tell you exactly how you can improve your memory in only five minutes a day!
No matter how bad you think your memory is, you can learn how to increase memory power. I’m proof of that.
In our culture, a person with a good memory for facts is regarded as intelligent and worldly. A person with a good memory for names would be considered friendly, trustworthy, and personable. A student with a good memory would be called studious, dedicated, and smart. On the other hand, a person with a bad memory is usually dismissed as inept, absentminded, disorganized, and careless. What do other people think of you?
When I forgot my clients’ names or important facts that they had shared with me, I was truly mortified because I know that in business, remembering names is so important. I actually lost some business because my clients thought I was unreliable and inept when I forgot details and names. I tried everything to learn how to increase memory power – I attended workshops on memory and read books on improving memory. Nothing worked. I was getting really frustrated… until I found this memory training course!
Improve your memory and you’ll perform better at your job, whether it’s remembering facts, numbers, or just meeting important details. You’ll become more organized. No more forgotten meetings or missed appointments. Your boss will notice your increased production and improved performance, and you’ll be rewarded with a promotion or an increased salary.
Maybe you’re still in school, working your way towards a degree. Are you burning the midnight oil studying night after night? Are you barely passing courses despite all of your hard work? The problem is probably your memory – but the good news is that your memory can be improved.
Aside from better job and school performance, learning how to increase memory power can make your day to day life better. You won’t need to worry about forgetting where you put your keys or forgetting your mom’s birthday. With a better memory, you’ll also gain confidence.
We’re so concerned about exercising our bodies and making sure that we stay strong and thin even when we age. Why are we forgetting about the most important muscle in our bodies: our brains? Age can really do damage to our memory, but we can prevent that by doing memory exercises that take only five minutes per day.
The techniques outlined in this memory training course are easy and actually fun to do. They take only five minutes per day! We’re all so busy with our jam-packed days, but we all can find five minutes in our day to improve our memory.
Can you set aside five minutes a day to increase your memory power AND improve your life? Yes, of course you can.
The memory exercises in the training course were developed to utilize both the two hemispheres in our brain in order to boost our memory power. These exercises use a combination of techniques that the author calls flash memorization.
Start transforming your memory and your life by learning how to increase memory power today. It worked great for me even though my memory was so bad, so it will definitely work for you!
The best part about this memory training course is that it is fully refundable! You have nothing to lose by trying this training course. If you find that it doesn’t help in increasing your memory power, you can get a full refund. There’s no risk, no obligation!

how i cam improve our memory power? I an student of graduate level
Hi Suraj,
First of all I want to thank you for taking some time out of your busy schedule to show interest in my blog. Second, I want to thank you for asking this question. Several other students will definitely find it helpful as well.
As a student, I think it’s very important that you try to work on your memory. I’ve been in the exact same situation. Throughout my student years I found it rather difficult to remember specific details. Recalling the different formulas in physics and mathematics was rather though for me. This was the case right up to the point where I decided that it was time to improve my memory. After that it became a breeze. All it takes is practice my friend.
I make it sound like it’s an overnight change – it’s not. You can get a dramatic improvement overnight if you implement a few memory techniques, but your ‘core’ or ‘natural’ memory won’t improve that quickly. By all means though, do use the different memory techniques, after all they were what made the dramatic improvement in my skill of recollection.
I’m blabbering on here (as I tend to do
), to answer your question:
If you wish to improve your memory, and I mean really improve you memory to the best of its ability, then you have to follow the steps laid out in this article: 10 Tips On How To Increase Memory Power. You’ll also need to perform some brain exercises like the one you’ll find here: Brain Exercises That Will Increase Memory Power.
But if you really wish to take your memory power to a whole new level, I recommend you get a copy of Ron’s memory training course (link in the article above). The focus in his course is on memory techniques, and they are in my opinion the best way to improve your ability to recall specific information. Numbers, formulas, dates, strings of information – You name it!
Hope that answered your question. If however it didn’t, please let me know and I shall do my best to help you.
Best regards,
Patrick
My problem is i can only memorise when it is exam…after the exam is forget whole thinges….What can I do to improve my memory power???pls help me
Hi Divnesh,
Often when people are reading for the exams, people are reading so much information that it becomes impossible to recall in the traditional way. What you can do is visualize what you read as you read it. For example, let’s say you’re reading a story about a ship called Dolphin that hit a huge iceberg and sank. You could then visualize a dolphin going head first into a big iceberg, turn belly up and drown. This will remind you of the ships name (Dolphin) and that it sank by hitting an iceberg.
This is obviously a very simply example, but making these associations while reading can do an enormous amount of difference, when you’re trying to recall the information.
If you’re trying to remember lists of information, the linking method is a great technique to use. You can read more about it here: The Linking Method.
I’ll be writing a detailed post about how to remember what you read soon, so keep an eye out for it. I’ll also let you know when it’s ready by replying to this comment.
I hope this helped. If it didn’t please get back to me and I’ll do my very best to help you.
Best regards,
Patrick

Exams near so so…………….

Hi Prem Sai,
What is it exactly that you’re having trouble recalling? Are there specific words that you’re having trouble with? Is it the entire language? To be able to help you as best I can, I need to know a little more. Nevertheless, I will try to answer your question.
First of all, I haven’t got any experience with Hindi, whatsoever. Now that we’ve got that out of the way, I think the best thing to do would be to apply some form of memory technique. These techniques vary depending on where the problem lies.
I’m going to assume you’re having trouble recalling the meaning or definition of specific words. What you can do here is use the association technique. There are very few words that don’t make you think of something in your own language. Very often the specific word in e.g. Hindi, will sound like something in English. As an example, let’s have a look at the French word père, which means father. When saying père, what does it make you think of? It makes me think of a pear. So I might picture a huge, green pear being my father. Visualizing vivid images like this and associating them with the meaning of the word will make it a lot easier to recall at a later date. Let’s take another example.
Let’s say we want to be able to recall the word: Poubelle, which is French for trash can. I’d visualize a huge trash can hanging in a clock tower, and when struck it would give a weird pou (or pow) sound from it. Whenever I read poubelle, I’d think of a bell that rings pow, and immediately think of trash can. Always try to make the pictures vivid and add emotions to them, this will make them a lot easier to recall.
Keep in mind that these are my associations. These associations work great for me, because I made them. To get the full effect of this technique, you’ll need to come up with your own associations for the Hindi words. This will make it much easier for you to recall the information, as you’ll be working with the information for a longer period of time.
I hope this helped. If it didn’t, please get back to me and I’ll do my best to help you out.
Best regards,
Patrick
I am in 9th standard,
I can’t able to remember big big answers,
Tell me some easy ways to improve my memory,
pls help me…..
Hi Dhruvi,
Could you please give me a bit more details? I would love to help you out, but in order to do so effectively I’ll need some more information. What are these big answers you’re having trouble recalling? Is it long words? Or questions that need a long explanation to answer (e.g. What’s the Cold War?)?
Best regards,
Patrick
i am a undergraduate student.
i am also forgot the things what i reads very quick and not remember for a long time.
To remember the things maximum time i have to write it on the notebook but after a few days again i forgot it.
for that please help me……….
Hi Koshik,
This problem can be fixed by reviewing the information every now and then. Maybe ones every 3 days. Very few of us can recall information for a long time without reviewing it (unless the information has an emotional impact on us). Try writing the information down (with pen and paper if possible) and come back to review it 3 to 4 days later. If this doesn’t help, please get back to me and I’ll try to give you more details on how to fix the problem.
This is a very simple and powerful technique, and I use it every day. Whenever there’s a piece of information that I’d like to remember, I review it every 3 (or so) days. I do this for anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month. This is a very good way to get the information synchronized and this is the correct way (in my opinion) to learn information by heart. Of course you won’t be able to do this with everything, as you’d be out of time rather quickly. Just do it with information that you think is important for you to recall.
Best regards,
Patrick

Hi Gopinath,
I will do my best to answer your question. You shouldn’t be loosing your memory capacity at such a young age. If you feel like it’s a real problem, then I recommend that you do consult with a doctor. I recommend doing so (if you think it truly is a problem), because losing your memory capacity at such a young age could be the result of some health problem. This way, the worst case scenario will be that you take an unnecessary trip to the doctor.
I don’t mean to scare your or anything. A mental health problem at such a young age is rare (but better safe than sorry!). On the other hand, feeling like your memory capacity is reducing can simply be because you aren’t utilizing your brain to its fullest. Quite often the brain gets ‘sloppy’ if we don’t use and challenge it enough. To fix this, simply begin doing brain exercises. These can vary from doing crosswords and playing chess, to solving math equations in your head.
There are some other problems that can cause your brain to lose some of its capacity. Too little sleep is one. If getting too little sleep is a continual problem, then it will have a negative result on your brain. I rambling here.. so..
Here’s what I recommend you do:
The first thing I recommend you do is consult with a doctor. This will eliminate all doubt about the problem being a health issue. If it is a health issue, then you will know and he will tell you how to deal with it.
If on the other hand it isn’t, then I recommend you start doing brain exercises. Begin to challenge your brain. Chess is a great brain exercise, as the game contentiously changes.
Second, learn how to use memory techniques. These techniques make storing (and recalling) information a lot easier, and with practice they will become second nature. We can actually train our small brain (the autopilot) to use these techniques, so that we use them without even realizing it.
And thirdly, read my 10 Tips On How To Increase Your Memory Power article. It will give you some more insight into what you can do to improve your memory.
I hope I answered your question. I’d love to hear from you if I didn’t fully answer your questions. I’d also love to hear if your memory is improving, so don’t be shy about sharing your progress here. It might help others in the same situation.
Best regards,
Patrick
